#2 Manufacturing Leader's Forum

SCCI in co-operation with Oriflame welcomes you to the second Manufacturing Leader’s Forum for a discussion and interaction on LEAN Manufacturing; implementation and adaptation in a modern production unit

 

LEAN is a management philosophy that can be applied on all processes within a business but has its foundation in manufacturing. It is about preserving and creating value by focusing on reducing waste and improving the flow. 

 

The purpose of the Leader’s Forums are to create platforms of continuous learning, inspiration and to catalyze synergies and they are open to all SCCI member companies. The first Manufacturing Leader’s Forum was hosted by Tetra-Pak, Chakan, Pune in mid-March where the participants discussed common issues, and brought to the table best practices and challenges faced when establishing a production unit/factory.
