The conference is expected to initiate holistic dialogues on the important area of skill development and education. The sessions will address questions such as how a company can measure performance at the implementation level and outcomes thereof, from the CSR spends vis-à-vis the policy directives? How CSR initiatives could be oriented to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the implementation partners? And how do we ensure integrated and inclusive models, not least from a gender perspective?
