PREVENTION OF SEXUAL HARASSMENT AND GENDER SENSITIZATION

The Royal Norwegian Consulate General & NBAI, cordially invite you, your company HR heads, HR personnel and women workforce to a seminar on "Prevention of Sexual Harrasment & Gender Sensitiztion" in the presence of the Global HR Head of Innovation Norway. 

The protection of Women against Sexual Harrasment at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal), Act, 2013 has been in force over three years. The Act has stringent requirements in the constitution of an Internal Complaints Committee for the non - compliance may result in penalty, revocation or even non - renewal of licenses to carry out business. It also leaves the business open to litigation and a tarnished image. 

Sexual Harrasment of women at workplace is one form of gender based violence, which violates the fundamental rights of a women granted to her by the Constitution of India.
