QUALITY FORUM

With a keen interest to address and resolve challenges collectively with respect to sourcing in India, a forum was started up by SCCI member companies within Quality & Compliance earlier this year.

In the last forum in April, the participating companies started chalking out the vision and wished position for 2020; the need for suppliers to fulfill minimum standards and distill best practices from an environmental, societal and business perspective along with taking relevant discussion to policy level.

For the third session in this series, the discussion points will be:

1. The Make in India initiative - how is this impacting us and our suppliers practically? Come prepared to share your experiences.

2. Based on this and earlier discussiosn, we will take on a SWOT analysis and together formulate a plan to address issues identified. An opportunity to lift this to policy level presents itself in November this year, when the National Board of Trade is visiting India for deliberations with counterparts.  

All companies are welcome.
