SIBC CONNECTS: FUTURE OF TRAVEL - CREATIVE CITIES

Welcome to the second edition of 'Future of Travel' which we are organizing in collaboration with Sweden-India Business Council, where we will look at how destination experiences and cities that are creative forces of change, caring for people, planet with access to nature will drive future travel.

Stockholm is a ground breaking, welcoming and innovative trendsetter. Fashion, technology, music, film, design, sustainable solutions and the game industry thrive here like never before. It is a place where creativity grows, and where dreams and new ideas are realized. But most of all – a city open for everyone while caring for the planet!

We will demystify Conscious Design of experiences or in other words Sustainable Experiences from three perspectives: Social, Economical and Environmental. The Covid pandemic has turned the world of travel upside down affecting one and all. The impact on our psychological well-being with travel trust issues cannot be understated. Will planetary health be as urgent to travelers focused on preserving personal health? What kind of experiences will people look for? A mix of creativity and nature? Well-being, locally sourced and produced food? Destinations that are inclusive and safe? Innovative experiences? Will everyone feel that they are welcome and feel inclusive in a destination?

In this webinar, we will further explore what the 'Future of Travel' will look like, how India can learn and get inspiration from Sweden (and vice versa) and what the future has in store for us!
