30 plus leaders from more than 20 Swedish companies have during the Task Force programme examined and discussed the effects of prevailing world views, systemic evils, and global trends on family and workplace dynamics. Participants are challenged to examine their personal and cultural assumptions, to redefine and reconstruct both attitudes and actions. In five different online seminars during February and March they will share their takes on what we together can do to build truly inclusive and resilient organisations.

Through Kraftsamla, the Swedish Chamber of Commerce India runs a national as well as an international annual training program to create task forces drawn from workers across the length and breadth of South-East Asia. Currently more than seventy leaders from thirty companies in the APAC region have taken this training in the past two years, since 2021.
